Sales department is wonderful, service department is AWFUL. Had my blazer in there for 2 different reasons, 2 different times and was told they could not figure out the "sound" or "duplicate the warning light". Though a different service department at a different dealership had no problem finding the problem and fixing it.

I called Mathews first for an appointment to have my coolant flushed on my 2002 impala they wanted $300, then I called Gault and they said $175 I made an appointment with them. I received a call from them telling me it could not be flushed someone must have added the wrong coolant and I would need to replace the radiator, pump, thermostat etc. the cost would be over $1700. I decided to take it to New York Radiator in Binghamton. They just flushed it added new coolant charged me $100 plus tax and the car is fine. If you want to get ripped off ... Read More

Beware! This is the second time we have been misled, and we are totally disgusted with Gault. Our car was stalling so we took it into the service department. We were told our car needed a timing chain and there was also a code telling them there was a problem with the camshaft. Total cost would be $1,716.73. Do NOT go for any repairs! We continue to receive bills for repairs not made, after returning vehicle to them 3 times! Very unethical. Gault is not what it once was. They need to get mechanics that know to repair their vehicles. No stars! We have all documentation, so be sure to save paperwork if you choose to visit.

After nearly 13 years of being a loyal customer and having all our service done at Gault; their thanks to us was to make up some new rule, or enforce some old rule that we were never informed about and was never an issue in the past, and refuse to honor their commitment (tires for LIFE) to us? My wife and I dropped off my 2012 Sierra to have it upgraded to have remote start. I had already had it to you folks once before approximately 1 year ago for the same thing. I purchased a 2017 diesel LTZ Silverado, did everything you do with a normal car deal like putting money down, signing the loan contracts and switching insurance over. Two weeks later I get a call from my insurance stating that the dealership (gault) called and requested changes be made to my insurance premiums. Only negative thing is that I purchased a 50,000 dollar truck and only received free 2 car washes and 2 free oil changes.... you would expect a bit more for spending so much money on a vehicle. Other than that the sales team was great.

I bought a 2012 Silverado w 17k miles in Nov. 2015. Within 30 days I emailed the Chevy dealership that there was something wrong with the transmission. They ignored, ignored n ignored it until finally addressing it. Couple times in the dealerships having me try this and that and waste 10k miles. Finally they said they could do anything. I addressed it to GM Corp and they said best they could do is 3,000 consumer cash on top of dealership trade in which is 28k. I just paid 39k. I bought a new MAlibu from Andy at Gaults and it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. The way they sold the car I was under no pressure and even dealing with my trade in was great. Andy showed me everything abut the dealership before I even sat down to buy the car. Overall I have to say the process was great all the way down to Jim getting our zero % financing.
